POLICE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS
Applicants must comply with the City Noise Ordinance of maximum of 65 DB, Section 8.20
A violation of this ordinance may result in the sellers permit being revoked immediately and disqualify a the applicant for future events
A copy of the noise ordinance is available upon request to the City of Benicia Police Department
